Care Instructions

After a hard nights (or days) wear and helping you look fabulous, just spray your chain maille with 409 or Fantastik and rinse. Be sure to roll your maille in a towel to dry well. Then put your maille in a a well-ventilated space to finish drying before it's next use. Don't let your maille go to long without cleaning as it will rust from sweat over time.

Custom Maille Policy

All custom chain maille designs and garments will be constructed to the measurements taken in person by the designer or supplied by the client. Any alteration due to weight loss or gain by the client shall be done at the client's expense.

Any additions, substitutions or removal of accessory or detail items from custom work from this time forth will result in addition charges, to be assessed by the designer.

Please be aware that custom orders take time. Be patient, as some orders require additional fittings and/or time to complete. Every effort will be made to keep your turnaround time as short as possible.

Final fittings for some items may take up to an hour or longer. Please be prepared to spend some time with us while wearing whatever additional items will be regularly worn with your custom item. (i.e. jeans to be worn under chaps, etc.)

PLEASE BE AWARE: You will be trying on your custom item in the presence of our designer, so if you are shy or extremely modest, you can wear undergarments if you like. Otherwise, be prepared to bare it all.
